Empowering Girls for Life!

Bella Vista Physical Culture Club opened in 2014 and is looking forward to 2023! We are proudly affiliated with BJP Physie (Bjelke Petersen School of Physical Culture). We offer lessons in the Baulkham Hills/Crestwood area to girls and women from the age of three. Physie offers variety and we teach a bit of everything: warm-up • ballet • exercises • aerobic dance • jazz • hip hop • stretch and yoga.

We are the largest national organisation with 130 clubs and a proud history spanning more than 125 years in Australia!
